Missing NuGet restore compiling v2.1.7857 #71

Hello, in an attempt to debug some issues we have on our MIM server i was trying to download & recompile the googleapps-managementagent library (version 2.1.7857) but I have some issues with NuGet package restore.

When trying to restore some Lithnet libraries it seems that latest stable version linked in the project are not available on NuGet.

Lithnet.GoogleApps the latest available version is 1.0.7328.27038 while the project is searching for 1.0.7845.21613
Lithnet.Licensing.Core is not available on NuGet
Lithnet.MetaDirectoryServices the latest available version is 1.0.7437.27633 while the project is searching for 1.0.7578.14947

Am I missing something ? Thanks in advance for any help. Maurizio
