Information lost when translating SOAP fault into managed exception #2

There are some fields such as the correlation ID that are not being transferred from the SOAP fault to the managed exception object. The exception should present all relevant information, and in the event of an unknown fault, the XML of the fault should be available for further parsing by the client application
