added .json for Beko BRVPG 120 air conditioner

Hello, thank you for the contribution. I just releases pre-release, which also supports preset modes for climate. I do not know, if you device supports preset features (like eco, hi-power etc modes). But if so and you are interested I would be able to give you info about extended file format so you can add those features. Please let me know.

Hello, I think it does: turbo, self clean etc. let me know how I can contribute .

Some of the those would probably not be presets, but more like some discreet commands, but lets see.

Look here: https://github.com/litinoveweedle/SmartIR/issues/27#issuecomment-2161345096 you will find example of the climate file with preset in codes/climate/1266.json

Also to test is you need to install 1.18.0b1 prerelease
