comment out everything to do with Ports in the config, since they don't seem to do anything.
The new AppDefinition in config.go isn't used at all yet, just previewing the data structure.

squashed fixes in

Added a possible patch to config.go to address comments. Combined PortMapping and VHostEntry, since after removing ErrorPage and the Names, there wasn't much left.
