Feature request: read marker and filter #3

Add a (manual) marker that the book has been read. Allow filtering on that marker. Maybe I overlooked that feature.

Otherwise it's a near to perfect application... Always looked for something like that. Thanks!!

Even something that links to a Yes/No column in calibre that would show the green ticks on the books read would be nice. Or...I saw another app that pulled the ratings from calibre and showed them as stars along the bottom of the book cover in the library. That would work...if a book is rated it is read.
