Update to net5.0 or netstandard #3

Your library only targets .net framework 4.5 which is fairly outdated.

unsure if it's still needed, but i really need this library also - so I've made a .net standard 2.1 version and published it on nuget: https://www.nuget.org/packages/StatusPageIO-standard/ (https://github.com/asphaltbot/statuspageio-dotnet)
