Enhancement: provide/support jaeger probe #4065

By enabling Jaeger probe support in LitmusChaos, it will be easier to gain powerful debugging capabilities to pinpoint issues during chaos experiments, distributed tracing can be leveraged to gain visibility into the various flows of requests and timings of events across multiple micro-services.
