Litmus Chaos 3.1.0 defaults k8s and litmus-checker images to docker.io and version 2.11.0 #4305

What happened: Whenever creating an experiment in the Chaos Studio it appears that the UI overrides the k8s and litmus-checker images to tag 2.11.0 and docker.io. I'm unable to discover how to override these. I have my own version of the chaoshub and everything is pointed to my own registry with version 3.1.0

What you expected to happen: image registry and tags honored.

Where can this issue be corrected? (optional)

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Override the k8s and litmus-checker tag in all faults/experiments to a different registry and tag 3.1.0. Screenshot 2023-11-19 at 9 09 24 PM

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem with the same version 3.1.0.

I have even tried creating my own custom hub and modifying the templates of my experiments indicating my image registry, however when creating the experiment the same situation occurs.
