[GSOC]: Add Fuzzing test suites for Graphql and Authentication server and integrate it with OSS-FUZZ #4425

Tasks:

Add Fuzzing test suites with a good coverage for Graphql and Authentication server(Chaoscenter) and integrate it with OSS-FUZZ
All the statistics should be visible via the ClusterFuzz Dashboard.

Hello @Saranya-jena, I would like to participate in the upcoming GSOC and help integrate ossfuzz test suites for LitmusChaos. Previously I have contributed several merged fixes of ossfuzz harnesses in projects such as containerd, runc, and cncf-fuzzing. I am very interested in this issue and look forward to contributing to its development.
