Pass spc name as label to check the pool status in disk failure litmusbook. #478

In disk failure test, need to pass spc name as pool pod's label to derive its status.

What happened:

Currently, fails to derive pod name when it is created on any pool except cstor-disk-pool as the label is hard-coded.

What you expected to happen:

Upon passing the spc name as label, it should be able to fetch the pool name.
