Bug: DamnVid does neither continue nor stop when trying to download a
nonavaible Video from Youtube
Steps:
1. Adding a few URL including one with an removed/unavaible Video on YT
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdGBTsZMRQ4)
(It is unavaible in Germany but seems to play in the USA <- downloadable via
filsh.net)
2. Pressing "Let's Go!"
3. When trying to download the unavaible video DawmVid doesn't crash, but it
becomes anable to stop or delete the video from the list or to continue with
other videos from the list
