目录格式[TOC]不支持 #476

前辈，有时间了能不能把目录加上，生成的目录的语法：[TOC]，这个 Typora 支持。

之前我写过一个toc的，技术上不难，hexo有个toc函数给你生成的。 只是css写的太丑了，我没好意思提pull request。 见：https://github.com/frapples/hexo-theme-yilia/commit/ace4d4c4f2bdf5cd94c3cae278d9267354753167
