关于toc目录跳转 #834

link跳转源码的链接以及点击过后在链接栏后面新增的目录都没问题，就是点完之后它不跳到对应位置，谷歌和火狐浏览器都是，刷新一下才能到，而我电脑自带的2345浏览器就能跳，求解？
