The readme says: "installation of specially prepared AddIns".

What does specially prepared mean? I tried a x86 version of CuxD but after pressing install just nothing happens.

The addon developer has to take the adjusted value for parameter 1 for the update_script into account: HM-DOCKER-AMD64. This can be seen e. g. at https://github.com/litti/scriptparser/blob/master/update_script, line 14. Please contact the addon developer to adjust his update_script.
