lrr_connect error message uses an incorrect link for the issues page #9

lrr_connect is aliased to call wifi_auth.bash, which fails with an error message if pinging the robot is successful but sending a GET request to the get-ip endpoint fails. The message gives a link to file a bug report, which is a link to the now archived monorepo https://github.com/little-red-rover/little-red-rover
