Error: spawnSync cmd.exe ENOENT #69

Hello !

When i toggle git time machine, it says "Error: spawnSync cmd.exe ENOENT", other git package works (git history, git plus).

Do you know something about it ?

Config : Windows 10, Atom 1.8.0, Git time machine 1.5.3, Git 2.9.0

git/bin needs to be in your path. I've updated the README troubleshooting section. Thanks for the report.
