Add keybindings to navigate current diff #71

Would be nice to have keybindings that would allow you to skip to prev/next difference in the current document. (alt-pageup/alt-pagedown?) Otherwise, I find myself scrolling through a large document, hoping that my eyes will catch a diff highlight.
