Is littlefs suitable for frequent writes? #1009

hi, Want to consult the use of littlefs in nor flash, is it suitable for frequent data recording occasions? Data is saved every 5 seconds and the data size is about 3k bytes. File overwrite write. Has anyone used it this way? Does it run stably?
