Share files from MCU's LittleFS to a PC

Has a "standard way" developed to share the files on an MCU's LittleFS with a PC (Through USB or UART)?

Wishful Application:

MCU to have SpiFLASH with LittleFS.
PC connects to MCU (USB CDC using D+/D- on a USBC connector).
PC = Standard Windows Laptop, require no special software or driver installs by customer (i.e. MCU emulate a Thumbdrive)
PC able to retrieve log files from LittleFS through MCU
PC able to drop config files (and maybe firmware updates) to LittleFS that MCU will use after next reset.
STM32L476 (single USBFS)

Just sharing my thoughts here (I'm facing same problem):

You can use https://github.com/apache/mynewt-mcumgr to transfer files using fs download/upload commands over UART/BT.
Implement USB MTP Class if you have USB support in your project.
