Context

All software operates with people who are in a context, but few recognize it.

Services should be able to request context about a person to make decisions. Things like:

• are either in a loud, or quiet environment?
• are they performing within a given role?
• what location are they in? Does that location have different defaults for that person?

And so. Essentially, is there information about in what context a person is operating in that influences their needs.

Initial mental model:

1. Context supplied from client to central service
2. Other services request context data as needed.
