As a user I'd like to know more about determining technical direction from post mortems #36

I would like to know more about determining how to spend effort within a company.

Specifically, there is the following problems:

  1. Almost infinite ways to improve
  2. No systematic ways to identify where to improve, absent conjecture about the future state of things and following industry trends
  3. It's reasonable to start where we're not meeting existing expectations
  4. Then, shift those expectations

Fits well with OKRs as a mechanism to judge expectations.

I'd expect this documentation to be in the form of an article
