As a developer I'd like to have articles surfaced to me proactively where they help me understand a topic. #44

This allows me to find information that is relevant to help me understand some new technology.

I expected this to make my life simpler as it provides a canonical knowledge source for a given discussion.

This is "find stuff on twitter that i might be able to help with and add docs. Also, stack overflow".
