As a user I'd like to know more about production readiness checklists #52

MUST,SHOULD in the form of RFC.

I'd expect this documentation to be in the form of: production readiness checklists

Hmm. Maybe these are better not as specific checklists, but rather as a "checklist" section on each documentation form.

Can tag documentation with like "checklist" or "is-checklist" or whatever.
