add setPollXML endpoint #108

Functional tests are running fine, but I did not test it in the wild yet.

EDIT: It seams that this endpoint is not working. @SamuelWei can you maybe look into the BBB code? If you have not time, do not worry, this is not urgent and we can also wait for the BBB core developers to decide if this is an official endpoint :smile:
