Was just a test how hard it is to pull upstream changes. I guess the half can be reverted (like the cURL ones) as solved in another way by us. The only change which makes sense, seems the public acessor for URLs.
What I would do here:
Add some commits, reverting the unnecessary changes.
Update changes to our coding standards.
I guess that time is come where should no longer seeing our project as "just" a fork the original API client. Probably we should discontinue pulling upstream changes.
