HTML characters and tags appear in a description #299

Describe the bug &nbsp; and <br> appear in one of the settings' description.

It may be related to a previous PR of mine https://github.com/littleredbutton/cloud_bbb/pull/256 but I need help to know if it's possible to fix it (or not), and how.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a room's settings

Expected behavior &nbsp; and <br> should not appear as strings

Related to https://github.com/littleredbutton/cloud_bbb/pull/274 I think. Looks like a work in progress.
