MXF audio handling #327

Describe the issue you're having:

Sony (vegas for example) treats the two channels of audio in their mxf files as
stereo l/r, not two discrete mono channels. So far as I know with the LAV
splitter, I can select one stream or the other but not both to play them as
stereo. This is an issue with playing XDCAM HD-EX mxf files which may be sony
specific but it's a problem none the less. It would be nice if there were the
ability to select both/multiple channels so they would play in mpc-hc as l/r
stereo.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

see untitled.mxf

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

0.55.1

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue is still live, only one channel of two channels of audio is playable
at once so the splitter is effectively useless when playing sony mxf stereo
files. Fixing this would be really useful for sony vegas editors :)
