FLI, FLC position (looping) #512

I try to playback an FLI or FLC animation file with looping, but a strange 
thing happens: after it reaches the end of file it jumps to the first frame 
(it's OK) and remains on that frame for a while (it's not). During this the 
stream's position goes forward. After about 12 seconds it plays the animation 
again. At the end, the same thing happens except the wait time becomes larger 
at every loop. The same thing happens if I try with Windows Media Player or 
with my own program. (I've attached a little fli file to try - I've tried with 
other files with the same result)
I've tried it with V0.63.0.41.
