I need to use QuickSync function in lav filter.

i'll make my visual studio project.
and i want to call QuickSync function in my project.

Using IntelQuickSyncDecoder.dll, LAVVideo.ax and etc ffmpeg dll file,
can i call QuickSync decode functions ?
