25fps plays at twice the frame rate on 4k@30hz display #525

Describe the issue you're having:
25fps content plays at 45fps and drops alot of frames *half* on 4k@30hz display

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
play a interlaced h264 25fps mkv file on a 3840x2160@30hz display

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV Video Decoder 0.64 64-bit
MPC-BE 1.4.4 Build 285 64-bit
Native DXVA2 (AMD Radeon HD 7970)

Please provide any additional information below.
i noticed if you disable deinterlacing mode it will stop drop frames like crazy 
and play at correct 25fps rate

The video is interlaced, which results in 50 fps after deinterlacing. Playing 
that on a 30Hz screen will never be perfect.

That said, LAV has no influence on what the video renderer does.
