DVB H264 CUVID Problems #533

When Cuvid (or DXVA2) is enabled, some frames get played back than it freezes 
for some seconds, a few frames get played back it freezes and so on.

I'm using LAV filters 0.65.0 with DVB Viewer on Windows 8.1 with GeForce 9800 
GT.

With out hardware decoder it works fine.
