Lav Splitter and Cyberlink decoder #538

Hi,

I have a problem with this video

When I use Cyberlink decoder, Lav Splitter doesn't recognise the correct aspect 
ratio, but no problem with Haali Media Splitter.
I used Lav Splitter 0.65.0.9. Same problem even with prior versions.
I used as player PotPlayer 1.6.54472 and I encountered the same problem when I 
used the internal splitter. 
The same problem with MPC-HC

Thats a problem with the decoder you use, its responsible for setting the 
correct aspect ratio, not LAV.

I don't have problems with Haali Media Splitter, so imho splitter is important
