Rewrite python bits in Haskell #19

To be able to ditch the Python away completely.

WIll fix also the https://github.com/litxio/ptghci/issues/1 automatically

While I'd like to do this, I think it's unlikely to happen for the foreseeable future. prompt_toolkit is well battle-tested (as it's the basis for IPython) and would be quite a bit of work to replicate in Haskell.
