Add/Edit with DTOs #630

I changed pretty much all to dtos. In Controllers Only need to change the parameter types to DTO When adding need to get the returned id for calling 'get..'

If you want to fix things to to this design let me know. For example, separate extaAdded from storageWithSample in receiptItem and similar.
