Thanks for developing such a nice tool. I was wondering if it is possible to run MetaDecoder without single-copy genes SEED?

Hi Paupiera,

Sorry to reply so late.

Seed sequences are essential data for running Metadecoder, because the semi-supervised classification model, i.e., the seed selection model, requires them to complete self-training.
