Build error: can't download javax.resource:connector:1.0 #30

1. Get sources
2. Unpack jscalendar to jos-webapp/src/main/webapp/resources/jscalendar/
3. Run ./build.sh

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect openid-server to build.  Instead, I see:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project jos-webapp: Could not resolve 
dependencies for project cn.net.openid.jos:jos-webapp:war:1.2-SNAPSHOT: Could 
not transfer artifact javax.resource:connector:jar:1.0 from/to 
maven2-repository.dev.java.net (http://download.java.net/maven/2): Error 
transferring file: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL: 
http://download.java.net/maven/2/javax/resource/connector/1.0/connector-1.0.jar 
-> [Help 1]

I'm using the latest (549) svn revision of openid-server on Linux.
