Vietnamese Wiktionary #15

It appears that the Russian Wikipedia is already supported by Babiloo. It
would be wonderful if the Vietnamese Wiktionary were also supported, since
it includes many corrections to entries in Hồ Ngọc Đức's dictionaries, 
plus
conjugations for many entries.

Can you provide us the instructions about how to extract the data form the 
wiktionary
and pack it into a Babiloo dictionary? Have the Russian Wikipedia write any info
about it?

A guide to the standard entry structure in Vietnamese is located here:
<http://vi.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Sơ_đồ_mục_từ>. Essentially, 
headings use
the format:

{{-headingCode-}}

The top-level headings are three-letter language codes (ISO 639-2). Under that 
are
headings for parts of speech. I'll translate the guide into English as soon as 
I can.
