There are two improvements that I will make to the magnetometer code:

1. Detect loss of magnetometer connection, and revert to GPS for yaw lock in 
that 
case.

2. Set the magnetometer modes prior to each message, in case of intermittent 
power 
to the magnetometer, because the default modes are not the ones we want.

Committed to SVN with revision 347 by Bill. Individual flight testing is 
currently underway.
