adc_get_value_mv had a hardcoded value , replaced it for the correct variable

Thanks for the patch. Browsing the code again after initial development I see 
so many grammar mistakes in my comments. Cleaning it up now.

By the way what are you using the code for? Building you own quad?

I've used adc code as reference to implement a probably useless module to go 
inside a dumb radio tx ( spektrum dx4 )  to expand it's functionality adding 
programmable expo to the sticks. I took the fun and hard way to do it reading 
the sticks variable resistors with an atmega368 and sending the transcoded 
readings to a 4 channels dac (mcp4728) and then to the tx pcb. I wanted some 
expo on my mcpx and didn't want to buy a dx7.
