Localization support! #101

Hello git-osx-installer devs,

The only reason I downloaded the installer was because my pre-installed
/usr/bin/git didn't output localized messages, even though I had taken steps to
define and export the right environment variables and double check that git was
in fact localized to Swedish. I thought the problem was that --version said
"Apple git" but it seems that that's not the case.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the official flavor of git to be localized, but the README says: "If
popular demand requests (via the git issue tracker [...] the installer may
bundle gettext in the future to provide localization support".

But how can people tell if they want a localized tool if they can't try it? It
will probably never be a "popular demand" the way the README says, because
developers are so used to being forced to resort to English everywhere. That
doesn't mean they won't appreciate tools in their own language. I for one
thought that I might, but it turns out I can't even try. I think it would be a
step in the right direction to include all the translators' hard work in the
installer, but because of above reasons I think you need to be the ones to take
initiative.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osx 10.10.4
git 2.5.0 installer (won't install though because it won't solve anything)
