A lot of design discussion took place at Dublin that clears me up, answers a lot of my previous issues raised, but left as many edit action points.

For example,

proper ways to deliver a claim-request-set from server to client (now attestClaimsHint)
proper ways to send the requested evidence/AR back from client to server (previously I was trying to deliver an AR handle, now CMW)

So next is to clear the draft up to start fresh again
