Note: the end of invalidate_neuropsych_items.R invalidates Epoch 3 REDCap calculated neuropsych variables based on the value of the component variables. This functionality should be applied to the entire data set and probably called in process_raw_data.R.

• invalidate_neuropsych_eligibility.R is now called in process_eligibility.R at the end
• invalidate_neuropsych_addendum.R is now called in process_raw_data.R under the Addendum section
• invalidate_color_blind.R is now called in 1) process_raw_data.R under the Main section AND 2) process_eligibility.R at the end as the function invalidates variables in both the main and eligibility data sets.
• invalidate_neuropsych_items.R needs to get cleaned up as it invalidates variables both from the raw data and the derived.
