Variable name correction for allelles #30

Kim corrected the variable name "allelles" to "alleles". But I still see the misspelled name in this code. I am wondering whether we used the static APOE database.

I've updated the spelling of the variable "allelles" to "alleles" with commit 19bd10e428759388b1ad29febebdd102314555b9. I don't see any reference in the code to processing the static APOE database, but let's keep an eye out at the next merge.
