Add informant completed SCD for ccqself and ecogself #43

For ecogself related variables, the corresponding informant variables are ecoginf_xx. For ccqself relate variables, the corresponding informant variables are ccqinformxx.

@liud4, I don't understand what this issue is about. Could you please provide some more detail?

Each SCD questionnaires were also completed by their informant. This issue is to add the derived information SCD variables to the merge dataset.

While there is no ccqself44 or ccqself45 in our dataset, we do have ccqinform44 and ccqinform45. To derive ccqinform.tot, should I include the 44 and 45 when I call the total_score function on these variables?

To document our phone call today, the answer to my question is that we will mirror the derivation for the ccqself.tot, i.e. we will not include ccqself44 or ccqself45 in the calculation.
