Let's explore potential reasons of missing lables. Let's explore functions from expss R package in terms of setting up labels and compare its compatiability with Hmisc. In addition, we could also retrieve labels functions from older version of Hmisc.

This seems to be resolved when I re-ran the merge code. I'm unsure of why they were missing in March. I will check this more carefully at the next freeze.
