Refactoring of toolbox:

define more abstract type members for safety by construction
define more extractors for expressions
define representors for definition trees -- which is recommended over extractors
merge ValDef with VarDef and add Mutable flag
remove PrimaryCtor
add flags ValParam and VarParam as in scala.meta
