Configuration and weights do not load #11

Greetings Authors,

We are having issues loading the weights for the configuration model - FCSGG_HRNet_W48_DualHRFPN_5s_Fixsize_640x1024_MS.yaml. We are loading the weights available here but are getting the following stack trace.

Please help us debug the issue / provide a solution.
