"chat_Fista" function is missing #1

"chat_Fista" function is missing due to which certain results cannot be generated.

thanks for your comments, the 'chat_Fista' function in other codes is replace with the function 'CA_FISTA' function, which have the identical effect and usage.

Do you mean by changing "chat_fista" to "CS_FISTA", and switch the first two input to make this code work?
