你好，self.a表示惩罚系数矩阵，也可以理解为权重矩阵。 其中inf，表示该路径不可行。

感谢回复！那请问里面timearray维度疑似224，工人费用维度为15，self.a维度为20*4,维度并不一致，这里相称得到目标函数，怎么理解，您这边注释也打上了问号
