install target would be useful in Makefile #138

An install target in the Makefile would be useful, currently all linux OSes 
wishing to distribute leveldb must carry patch doing that.

I'll attach a patch.

I looked at a few of these and I think this one is quite good (it's basically 
the debian patch on top of git master).
